Brian, not sure if your unit or ship received the NATO Medal, but I was involved in Operation Decisive Endeavor and was aboard the USS Saipan (LHA2) in the Adriatic Sea 3 different times and our ship and units were awarded the NATO, AFSM and the AFEM. Hope this helps some???
